What are the 7's
The 7's Senior Model program is an all-inclusive opportunity to serve as an ambassador for our business in the local community, schools, and in the global online space. This prestigious body of high school seniors who are driven, individualistic, virtuous, engaging, and charismatic. This program is unlike many others, in that it serves as an all-inclusive opportunity with ongoing benefits and responsibilities. Through this program our models will take with them professional skills and confidence to aid transitions to the next phases of life, and most importantly, a new fellowship of peers to experience the pivotal points of their senior year with.
Opportunities & Benefits
Many of our competitor's Senior Model programs consist of a single summer shoot and have a minimum purchase requirement (generally $1200 to $1500). Our program is different as we shoot our models all throughout their senior year. We offer our models a minimum of three shoots: summer, fall, and spring. The summer senior shoot generally provides photos for yearbook ads, athletic programs/ads, etc. Fall shoots are varied as they are usually season/weather-dependent, working with fall leaves, snowy weather, holiday lights, etc. Lastly, spring senior shoots generally include, college announcement photos, sorority photos, and grad party invitation photos. In addition to the three offered shoots, opportunities often arise for optional special occasions or location shoots. These opportunities may include day trips, themed shoots or original ideas brought in by the models. As part of The 7's our models receive a 30% discount on all Concept 7 Photography products and the free use of our social photo booth for their grad parties, etc. As an added bonus we call our models first when we need a paid photo assistant for a shoot, it's a fun part time job.
Expectations & Responsibilities
As one of The 7's, we ask that models promote Concept 7 Photography by tagging @concept7photo on social media and referring new clients to Concept 7. We expect our models to constantly uphold high moral and behavioral standards while they represent our studio via our local and online community. Once accepted to be part of The 7's, we presume that you are able to commit to the time and effort required to participate in a minimum of three photo shoots, please consider your 2025/2026 schedule when applying.
Requirements
In order to apply to be one of The 7's, you must be a high school senior in the class of 2026. There are no physical requirements, only the commitment to the program as stated in the pages above. We encourage all dedicated and social media driven seniors to apply. Additionally, there is a program fee of $649 which represents a discount of over 60% of the total value of the services provided in the program (See FAQ & Cost Overview Below). Again, our 2026 program will be limited to SEVEN seniors, once these positions are filled, they are gone for the class of 2026.

What exactly is a "Senior Model"?
A senior model is someone who is photographed by, and is a brand ambassador for Concept 7 Photography for the duration of 2024-2025 senior portrait season. As a model they are expected to spread the word about Concept 7 Photography on social media. Hopefully their friends will be interested in having their own session with Concept 7 Photography!
How many senior models are there?
In the past we have had a large group of models. We wanted to be more invested in the individual experience so we limit the number of models to 7. Also because we have a smaller number of models we added the free use of our automated photo booth for each model to use for senior graduation parties, etc.
But... I'm not a “model”...
Psh! Of course you are! ;) Don't worry, you do not have to be a runway model, to be a senior model for Concept 7 Photography. There are no height requirements... as a matter of fact, there are no physical requirements at all! Although an outgoing personality is definitely a plus. It’s our job to help you get comfortable in front of the camera with posing tips and instant back of camera reviews. It's “your” job to relax and have fun while we're shooting, and then to tell everyone on social media how much fun you had after we're done. That's it!
What are the time commitments for a senior model?
Some Concept 7 Photography senior models only complete the three offered shoots, and others LOVE to bring us their creative ideas for additional custom themed shoots. No matter how many shoots you do with us, we do require all of our models to post images from their shoots on social media and tag @concept7photo. Considering how much today’s senior spends staring at their phone we don’t consider this to be a time commitment. Beyond that, the models decide when and what they would like to participate in.
What perks do senior models receive?
Senior models receive numerous perks and opportunities starting at the beginning of the program, there are no impossible tasks or goals to meet. These include but are not limited to 30% off all print purchases from Concept 7 Photography and free use of our rental photobooth for grad parties. They can also take advantage of our paid photo assistant opportunities ($30 per shoot) which is a fun, educational and flexible part time job.
Is there any cost or obligation to be a Senior Model?
Yes, there is a $649 program fee which represents more than a 60% discount on the total value of the services you will receive during the program. We are confident that you will want to save your sr. year memories with print products, canvas, photo albums, grad cards, party invites, sorority photos, etc. But… our #1 goal is to energize our social media presence when you share your experience. We know you will love the images we make during the program year and of course, we hope that you purchase print products. That said there is absolutely no expectation, obligations or pressure for you to make a minimum purchase.
